Studiocode Business Group's job is to help teams and individuals analyse and improve performance. The best sporting teams in the world use their solutions and Landell will be presenting on the crossover between Sport and simulation showing case studies on both. With experience in both the sporting and simulation fields, Landell believes there is a lot that can be learned by collaborating with other sectors and thinking outside the box.

Virtual Reality Technologies has been applying state of art VR technology to coal industry training since 2002, we will explain our flexible training model and technology, suitable for any hazardous industry. VRT has created accurate and realistic virtual environments with trainees fully immersed in 360 VR platforms, where a trainee's response to the situation affects outcome. As such, it delivers the highest quality, high impact training and outcomes that have assisted the NSW coal industry to lead the world’s coal nations in production safety.
Extreme Impacts - strategic insights and risk mitigation through multi-dimensional simulation integration. John will discuss his experience applying a number of simulation techniques in National Security and corporate Program Office environments. He will cover strategic scenario planning exercises, transformation portfolio and program optimisation and tactical business process improvement.
Simulation and games apply fun and engagement to all learning contexts – not necessarily in equal proportions. Elyssebeth will engage participants in a short card-based activity to illustrate aspects of both concepts in action. Q&A may extend consideration of how such activities can be adapted in different contexts and moved ‘online’.
TransMob: a micro-simulation model for integrated transport and urban planning”. TransMob simulates the socio-demographic evolution in South East Sydney and daily transport patterns at individual and household level, according to various transport and urban planning scenarios.
DI-Guy is the de facto vis sim industry standard for adding high fidelity human characters to any virtual environment. Martin will review some interesting use cases, and demonstrate just how easy it is to create complex synthetic environment scenarios and focused training content.
Simulation of blast and progressive collapse using Extreme Loading for Structures (ELS) software. ELS is a unique tool for physical security assessments of infrastructure, blast analysis, forensic analysis, and force protection design. ELS visuals allow first responders to become integral participants in the development of threat scenarios for crisis management planning.
