Authors are invited to submit a paper for this award, which will be judged on the following criteria:

  1. Awareness of how the work being reported fits within the simulation community of practice – shown either directly through association with related work or by reference to relevant literature.
  2. Contribution to the body of knowledge of simulation systems and/or simulation based methodologies in regard to development of good practice.
  3. Innovation in the use of simulation, especially in ways that extend Australasian contributions to the field.
  4. Overall quality of the paper as a representative of Australasian work and/or research in simulation and related fields.

The prize is open to all authors who submit an abstract to the forthcoming SimTecT.
